Ruhvika Enterprises, operating under the brand name Tunomesh, provides audio products, custom-built audio systems, and professional design and installation services as detailed below.

3.1 Sale of Audio Products

We sell:

  • Tunomesh-branded audio products

  • Audio products manufactured by other brands

  • Speaker drivers, electronic components, crossovers, and accessories

All product specifications, images, and descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge. Minor variations in appearance, finish, or technical specifications may occur.

3.2 Custom-Tuned Speaker Systems

We design and manufacture custom-tuned speaker boxes and audio systems, which may:

  • Be built using Tunomesh components

  • Incorporate components manufactured by other brands

  • Be customized based on room size, placement constraints, and client requirements

Custom-built products are made-to-order and tailored specifically to the customer’s agreed specifications.

Due to the nature of acoustics, actual sound performance may vary depending on:

  • Room dimensions

  • Wall materials

  • Furnishing and acoustic treatment

  • Speaker placement

  • Amplifier pairing

  • Listening preferences

Custom-built and made-to-order systems are non-returnable except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.

3.3 Private Home Theater Design and Installation Services

We provide private home theater design and installation services, including:

  • Home theater layout planning

  • Speaker placement design

  • AV equipment integration

  • Mounting of speakers, projectors, and display units

  • Concealed or surface wiring

  • System calibration and tuning

 

Installation Liability Clause

By engaging our installation services, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  1. Installation may involve drilling, mounting, structural fastening, or cable routing through walls or ceilings.

  2. The customer is responsible for confirming that installation areas are free from concealed electrical wiring, plumbing lines, gas pipes, or structural weaknesses.

  3. Ruhvika Enterprises shall not be liable for:

    • Damage resulting from undisclosed concealed wiring or pipelines

    • Pre-existing structural defects

    • Electrical instability or voltage fluctuations

    • Damage caused by third-party modifications after installation

  4. Structural integrity of walls and ceilings remains the responsibility of the property owner.

  5. Customer consent is deemed granted once installation work begins.

We perform installation services professionally and in good faith; however, liability is limited to rectification of installation workmanship errors only.

3.4 Technical Performance Disclaimer

Audio system performance is influenced by multiple external factors beyond our direct control, including but not limited to:

  • Room acoustics

  • Speaker positioning

  • Electrical supply stability

  • Equipment pairing

  • Environmental conditions

Ruhvika Enterprises does not guarantee identical acoustic results across different environments. Performance expectations discussed during consultation are estimates and not guaranteed outcomes.

Measurements, sound quality descriptions, or tuning adjustments are based on professional assessment and may vary subjectively between listeners.

4.Orders and Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • We accept payments through secure and authorized payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, or other supported methods).

  • We do not store credit or debit card details.

  • All invoices are issued in compliance with applicable GST laws of India.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Products are shipped through trusted courier or logistics partners.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon handover to the courier.

  • Customers must inspect packages at delivery and report visible damage within 24 hours.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect products within 5 days of delivery.

  • Custom-built and personalized products are non-returnable.

  • Installation and consultation services are non-refundable once performed.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is from our side.

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.

6.1 Damage Inspection at Delivery (Courier Shipments)

For all products shipped through courier or logistics partners, the following terms apply:

  1. Customers must inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery before accepting the shipment.

  2. If the package appears visibly damaged, tampered with, torn, crushed, or wet:

    • The customer must either refuse delivery OR

    • Record clear video evidence while opening the package in the presence of the delivery personnel.

  3. An unboxing video is mandatory for any claim relating to:

    • Physical damage

    • Missing items

    • Incorrect products

The unboxing video must:

  • Start before opening the package

  • Clearly show the shipping label

  • Show the sealed packaging condition

  • Show the full unpacking process without interruption

  1. Any claim for transit damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp with supporting video/photo evidence.

  2. Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

  3. Once the product is accepted without reporting visible damage within the specified timeframe, the risk of transit damage shall be deemed transferred to the customer.

  4. For custom-built speaker systems and fragile electronic components, customers are strongly advised to opt for insurance coverage where available.

  5. Ruhvika Enterprises shall assist in filing claims with courier partners where applicable; however, final approval of courier damage claims is subject to the courier company’s policies.

7. Installation Services

  • Installation services are performed professionally and in good faith.

  • The customer must provide safe access and accurate site information.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing electrical faults, structural weaknesses, or third-party modifications.

  • Any structural drilling or mounting is done with customer consent.

  • Post-installation damage due to misuse, modification, or external interference is not our responsibility.

8. Warranty

  • Tunomesh-branded products may include a limited warranty as specified.

  • Third-party products are covered under the respective manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Warranty does not cover:

    • Physical damage

    • Water damage

    • Electrical surges

    • Improper usage

    • Unauthorized modification

9. Intellectual Property

  • Tunomesh is a registered trademark of Ruhvika Enterprises.

  • All website content, product designs, branding elements, images, and custom enclosure designs are protected under Indian intellectual property laws.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

10. User Accounts

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete information.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Ruhvika Enterprises shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We are not liable for courier delays or force majeure events.

  • We are not responsible for performance variations due to room acoustics, amplifier pairing, or user configuration.

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights available under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

12. Compliance with Indian Laws

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including:

  • Consumer Protection Act, 2019

  • Information Technology Act, 2000

  • Applicable GST regulations

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Telangana, India.

13. Data Protection & Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

International users may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA, where applicable.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, supply chain disruptions, or pandemics.
