This policy is designed to protect customers against genuine manufacturing faults while ensuring fair usage responsibilities in audio electronics.

This warranty applies to Tunomesh-manufactured products including:
Custom-tuned speaker boxes
Tuned cabinets / enclosures
Speaker boxes
Audio components manufactured by Tunomesh

For third-party branded products, warranty coverage is provided solely by the respective manufacturer under their own terms.
For home theater design and installation services, warranty (if applicable) covers only workmanship errors and not acoustic performance expectations.
3. Warranty Duration
Unless otherwise specified:
Standard warranty: Up to 12 months from date of purchase
Some products may carry limited or no warranty depending on category
Model-specific warranty variations may apply
Warranty validity begins from the invoice date.
4. What Is Covered Under Warranty
This warranty covers:
✔ Defects in materials used in manufacturing
✔ Defects in workmanship during assembly
✔ Internal component failure directly caused by manufacturing defects under normal and intended operating conditions
✔ Structural defects in Tunomesh-built enclosures resulting from manufacturing or assembly faults under normal indoor use conditions
Failures resulting from external factors, misuse, electrical instability, improper amplifier matching, or environmental conditions are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under warranty.
5. Electrical Power Instability Disclaimer ⚡
Audio electronic products are sensitive to electrical supply conditions.
Damage caused by unstable or improper electrical supply conditions, including but not limited to:
Voltage fluctuations
Power surges or spikes
Low or high voltage supply
Improper earthing or grounding
Generator or inverter instability
Lightning or surge events
is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under warranty
Failure caused by external electrical instability is classified as operational or environmental damage and does not qualify for warranty repair or replacement.
6. Burnt Voice Coil & Overpowering Policy
Speaker drivers and speaker systems may experience burnt voice coils if:
Overpowered beyond rated RMS capacity
Paired with incompatible amplifiers
Clipped signals are supplied
Incorrect crossover settings are used
Improper enclosure design is used
Burnt voice coils are typically identifiable through physical and electrical inspection.
Such damage is considered operational misuse and is not covered under warranty.
If a customer disputes this, the product may be inspected by our technical team. The final determination will be based on professional assessment.
However, we remain committed to fair evaluation of every case.
7. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

8. Technical Performance Disclaimer
Audio performance depends on multiple environmental and system factors, including:

Listening habits
Electrical stability
This warranty does not guarantee specific tonal balance, bass response, loudness levels, or subjective listening satisfaction.
Performance variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
9. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a claim:
Contact Tunomesh support within the warranty period.
Provide:
Copy of purchase invoice
Product serial number (if applicable)
Detailed description of issue
Usage conditions
Amplifier model used
Troubleshooting steps taken
Return product in original packaging or safe equivalent packaging.
Shipping to service center must be freight prepaid by customer unless otherwise agreed.
Incomplete documentation may delay processing.
10. Inspection & Resolution
After inspection, Tunomesh may:

Replace the product
Offer equivalent replacement
Issue refund if repair/replacement is not feasible
Repair is the preferred resolution where technically possible.
11. Shipping Responsibility
Customer bears cost of shipping product to service location.
Tunomesh covers return shipping within India after repair/replacement approval.
International customers bear applicable duties and logistics costs.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under law:
Tunomesh shall not be liable for:
