1. Introduction

Ruhvika Enterprises, operating under the brand name Tunomesh, is committed to providing high-quality audio products, custom-built systems, and professional installation services.

This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, and refunds may be processed.

This policy is governed by applicable Indian laws including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective due to manufacturing fault

  • The product was damaged during transit (subject to inspection clause below)

  • An incorrect item was shipped

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

The product must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and invoices

  • Not show signs of installation, tampering, or damage

3. Mandatory Damage Inspection Requirement

For any claim related to:

  • Transit damage

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect items

Customers must provide:

  • A continuous unboxing video starting before opening the package

  • Clear images of packaging condition

  • Proof of delivery date

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims made after 24 hours without valid evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-returnable:

  • Custom-built or made-to-order speaker systems

  • Custom-tuned speaker boxes

  • Personalized or specially fabricated enclosures

  • Installation services once completed

  • Audio-video consultation services

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, water exposure, unauthorized modifications, external electrical instability, voltage fluctuations, power surges, or improper electrical supply conditions are not eligible for refund and will be evaluated under the Warranty Policy.

  • Products damaged due to overpowering, incorrect amplifier matching, improper crossover configuration, or operational misuse are not eligible for refund and will be assessed under the Warranty inspection process.

Custom-built systems are manufactured specifically according to customer specifications and therefore cannot be returned for subjective reasons such as sound preference.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production or shipping has not started.

  • Custom-built products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed after deduction of applicable payment gateway charges, if any.

6. Return Approval Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email at info@tunomesh.com within the eligible period.

  2. Provide order details, issue description, and supporting evidence.

  3. Await written return authorization before shipping the product.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our verified error.

7. Inspection and Resolution

Upon receiving the returned product:

  • The item will be inspected for damage, tampering, or misuse.

  • If approved, we may offer:

    • Replacement (preferred resolution), or

    • Repair (if applicable), or

    • Refund (if replacement is unavailable).

Refunds are processed only after successful inspection.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection approval.

The following are non-refundable unless due to our error:

  • Shipping charges

  • Installation charges

  • Payment gateway transaction fees (if applicable)

GST invoices will be adjusted in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

9. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for:

  • Verified defective products

  • Incorrectly shipped items

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

10. Warranty Claims

Tunomesh-branded products may carry a limited warranty as specified at the time of purchase.

Third-party branded products are covered solely under the respective manufacturer’s warranty policies.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Burnt voice coils

  • Electrical surge damage

  • Improper amplifier pairing

  • DIY modification or reassembly

  • Damage due to improper enclosure design by the customer

11. Limitation on Subjective Audio Performance

Audio performance satisfaction is subjective and may vary depending on:

  • Room acoustics

  • Amplifier configuration

  • Placement

  • Listening preferences

Refunds will not be issued based solely on subjective dissatisfaction with sound characteristics.
